Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any UPS, USPS, or FedEx location
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Need Help Packing?
If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a sturdy box with adequate cushioning material. Make sure the item is secure and won't move around during shipping. We recommend using the original box whenever possible to ensure the item arrives safely.
